2 parades, lots of beads, and a great dinner at pascale’s manale. good stuff, I had to restrain myself as I saw my friends off in the distance, but I know it’ll all be good next weekend. Can’t wait

Saints in the superbowl. I can’t begin to fathom what this city is gonna be like if we win. but if we lose, thats ok too, we got to the superbowl, and thats really all that matters to me, and I know this city will support the team either way. Plus a parade tuesday win or lose.
this week at school… nothing will happen. I don’t think I’ve seen teachers as excited, if not more so for an event (mardi gras) than the students. I have at least 2 teachers that are like, yeah, we’re gonna watch a movie all next week, because I don’t feel like teaching y’all anyways.
Then Galapagos, that’ll be awsome, never been to another continent, (I mean carribiean and mexico, but nothing like this) once in a lifetime chance.
5 days and then I’m done with school for the month of february. be back march 1st, and I hope to see you along the way.
